As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of some of the school's youngest students, laying the foundations for their academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set targets for further development.
  • Inclusive Environment: Create a classroom atmosphere that supports the diverse learning needs of all students.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning community.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to promote a holistic and integrated approach to education.
  • Extra-Curricular Contribution: Participate in and contribute to the wider school ethos and extra-curricular activities.
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - ECT welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Key Stage 1 is preferred, though experience in EYFS or KS2 is also welcomed.
  • A deep passion for teaching and a commitment to supporting young learners.
  • Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the school’s culture and values.
