Job summary

& OTHER STORIES is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in West Kirby to deliver top-notch customer experiences, lead by example, and support day-to-day store operations. You will help energise the team, provide expert styling advice, and maintain an inviting shopping environment.

You will manage opening/closing procedures, coach sales staff, and use product knowledge to drive sales while upholding brand standards. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail / hospitality, with a strong understanding of store operations, including opening and closing procedures and stock delivery processing.

Responsibilities

As a Key Holder, you play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences that not only drive sales but also foster an inspiring and welcoming store atmosphere. Additional Information

This is a part‑time position with a contract of 30 hours a week.
