Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is working with a well-established outdoor retailer to recruit a Key Holder for a store in the Lake District. This is an ideal role for an experienced retail assistant, supervisor, or current Key Holder who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and taking on more responsibility.

You will be hands-on across the shop, opening and closing, supporting the Store Manager, driving sales, and maintaining high standards.

Key Holder | Outdoor Retail | Lake District | £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

We are working with a well-established outdoor retailer to recruit a Key Holder for one of their stores in the Lake District.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail assistant, supervisor or existing Key Holder who enjoys customer service, has an interest in the outdoors and wants to take on more responsibility within a busy retail environment.

The Role

As a Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store, helping to deliver excellent customer service and strong commercial performance.

You'll be hands-on across the store, supporting customers, helping the team and taking responsibility for the store when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We're looking for someone with previous retail experience, ideally as a Key Holder, Supervisor or experienced Sales Assistant.

You'll be confident working as part of a team but also comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions when required.
