Poundstretcher is recruiting a part-time Key Holder in Consett. This role offers 16 hours per week with overtime opportunities and direct collaboration with Store and Deputy Managers to maintain store performance and a strong customer focus.

You will contribute to sales, KPI attainment, and profitability while supporting and motivating the team to meet store objectives. A proactive, organised approach and a passion for discount retail are essential.
