Ansell is looking for a Key Account Specialist Distribution to join our Commercial Industrial & Scientific Unit in the United Kingdom.

This role involves planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating sales development activities for Ansell products, solutions, and services with designated Key Accounts (distributors).

Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

What will your role involve?

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager UK & Eire, you will:

  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned accounts in line with country and company priorities.
  2. Coordinate with the Ansell sales team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  3. Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and maximizing collaboration.
  4. Ensure the optimal implementation of the Ansell product portfolio to drive long-term profitable growth (including New Product Developments, Innovation, and category reviews).

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Proven experience in selling through distributors and end-users.
  • Strong skills in key account management and sales development.
  • Expertise in consultative selling methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the PPE industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • This role requires frequent domestic travel.
