Works as part of delivery squads, specifically providing specialist expertise in successful deployment of learning and development products and agile methodology, that drive and enhance colleague experiences across BT Group, including:

  1. Works closely with relevant stakeholders to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
  2. Supports product definition, scoping, design, development, and deployment.
  3. Provides project governance and risk management.
  4. Creates, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog.
  5. Continuously gathers feedback from users and stakeholders to refine the product.

Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

  • Experience working closely with key stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
  • Skills in supporting learning product definition, scoping, design, development, and deployment.
  • Experience with Agile methodology, working in sprints, and adapting plans accordingly.
  • Ability to provide project governance and risk management by identifying, evaluating, and managing risks.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of projects throughout their lifecycle, including initiation, planning, deployment, iteration, and impact measurement.
  • Experience creating, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlog.
  • Skilled in continuously gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to refine the product and drive continuous improvement.
