Job Description:

The Role

You will play a crucial role in driving growth in the Wealth, Pensions, and Retail Investments sector. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for selling and delivering consulting assignments and managed services to firms such as Wealth Managers, Life and Pensions companies, platform businesses, IFA Networks, and firms supporting the Wealth Management industry.

You will lead consulting engagements, support the wider team, manage relationships with senior clients, and focus on expanding market share and brand presence. Your role involves identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and leveraging your network to add value and develop solutions.

Collaborating with the Insurance and Asset Management Sector teams and FS Consulting Partners, you will help optimize client solutions and identify new opportunities for KPMG.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs within the Wealth, Pensions, and Retail Investment industry.
• Significant experience in strategic advice on digital transformation, regulatory change, re-platforming, client experience, organizational redesign, target operating model, and program delivery.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior staff, fostering consulting skills among industry-experienced team members.
• Experience working in complex global organizations and managing multiple stakeholder objectives.
