Deployment Co-Ordinator - 3-month contract - Fully Remote

My Customer is looking for a Deployment Co-Ordinator to play a key role in a large-scale laptop refresh project. This position is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You'll be engaging with users, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth transition to new devices.

Deployment Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users to guide them through the laptop deployment process.'
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for device deployment.'
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure a seamless rollout.'
• Track progress and resolve any scheduling or logistical challenges.'
• Provide clear and friendly communication to users, addressing any concerns.'

What We're Looking For

• Project Coordination experience, ideally in IT deployments or rollouts.'
