We're seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our B2B team and lead our efforts in the region. This role is all about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic sales plans. If you have a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the UK market, we want to hear from you!

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales in the UK, aligning with our overall company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead efforts to increase revenue by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate and secure key client contracts to drive market share growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing successful sales strategies.
  • Experience in the UK market is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, digital tools, and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
  • A strong network within the industry, preferably with key players and specialists in the Ski & Outdoor market
