• Supporting existing key accounts and acquiring new ones throughout Germany and partially in the EMEA region.
• Developing partnerships within the business unit and persuading all stakeholders of our automation solutions.
• Managing product and project proposals, conducting customer negotiations, and successfully completing projects.
• Performing market and competition analyses, as well as planning sales campaigns.
• Collaborating closely with project-responsible departments, including the R&D team in EMEA.

Qualifications:

• A completed degree in electrical engineering, business engineering, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent training with additional qualifications as a technician or master craftsman (f/m/d).
• Over 5 years of experience in key account management.
• Knowledge of mechatronics or automation technology.
• Strong business acumen and a professional, persuasive demeanour in customer interactions.
• Excellent team spirit and communication skills.
• Fluent in German with proficient written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to travel.
