Job summary

Orion Electrotech is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to act as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of high-value customers. You will ensure order fulfilment, coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering and Sales, and drive growth opportunities while maintaining exceptional service levels.

The role requires experience in key account management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, excellent communication, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Key Account Management or related roles.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Medical Devices, Pharma).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Manage customer order books, forecasts, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Lead customer review meetings and performance discussions.
• Monitor key account KPIs and present account performance data.
• Support quotation activities and ensure customer requirements are captured.
• Resolve customer issues proactively and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks relating to product changes, supply challenges, and order fulfilment.
