Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for Exeter, a hybrid role within a well-established manufacturing organisation. You will own a portfolio of key customer accounts, acting as the main contact for day-to-day commercial and operational matters, coordinating with engineering, quality and commercial teams to deliver value and growth.

The role combines account management, commercial planning and business development, with regular reviews and reports to support

Qualifications

• Experience managing large customer accounts or portfolios.
• Commercially minded, organised and proactive.
• Ability to build relationships across internal functions.
• Experience in manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across a portfolio of key customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Produce short- and long-term forecasts to support production planning and inventory management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quotations, deliveries and compliance.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and support monthly forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer demand and order information and liaise with credit teams.
