Job summary

Echelon Engineers Limited is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to manage and grow a defined portfolio and win new customers within Industrial Water Treatment. You will interpret specifications, coordinate cost estimates, attend UK and international meetings, and maintain CRM while supporting product development and cost-reduction projects.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in engineering or manufacturing and a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Key Account Management, Engineering or Applications within Industrial Water Treatment.
• Experience selling engineered solutions on complex projects.
• Commercially minded with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of key accounts.
• Hit order intake targets and contribute to business planning.
• Interpret customer specifications and drawings, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate cost estimates, bid cost sheets and detailed proposals.
• Attend customer meetings in the UK and abroad.
• Maintain the CRM and support product development and cost-reduction projects.
