Salary

30,000 - 45,000 per annum, plus Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission.

With a diverse range of products and a commitment to excellence, my client is expanding their team and seeking a talented Key Account Manager to drive business growth and foster strong client relationships within their Charity Retail clients.

Location

You will ideally be based between London and Birmingham, with frequent visits to clients primarily in Birmingham and the south East.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand our client base within the designated territory.
  • Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions from our extensive catalogue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry or selling a catalogue of products.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
