About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Account Relationship Management
   1. Establish, build, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts.
   2. Serve as the dedicated point of contact and a trusted partner for clients, ensuring their operational and business needs are promptly addressed.
2. Retention & Revenue Optimization
   1. Formulate and execute tailored account plans to maximize client retention and overall account value.
   2. Proactively identify and close opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
   3. Lead and manage the contract renewal process, minimizing churn rates across the assigned client portfolio.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
   1. Collaborate closely with BDM, Operations, Product, and Support teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.
   2. Act as an internal advocate for clients, channeling their feedback into actionable improvements for products or services.
4. Performance & Business Reviews
   1. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with clients to present data-driven performance reports, address challenges, and discuss future cooperation plans.
