• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and email.
• Manage shared inbox and workload.
• Process customer bookings in internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, agents and overseas partners.
• Prepare and send customer documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
