Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, import/export, logistics or a similar commercial environment preferred.
• Customer-focused with a desire to deliver excellent service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via telephone and email.
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox.
• Process customer bookings and input data into internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and overseas agents.
• Prepare, check and send customer documentation.
• Produce bills of lading and provide instructions.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure delivery of service.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
