Lucy Walker Recruitment is partnering with a well-established business to recruit a Freight & Logistics Coordinator, Key Account Coordinator for their busy commercial team. The role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping shipments moving and delivering excellent service to customers.

Sea freight/import-export experience is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate. You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, input data accurately and help

Qualifications

• Freight forwarding, import/export, logistics experience preferred but training offered.
• Proactive, commercially aware with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries by phone and email.
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox.
• Process customer bookings and input information into internal systems.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and overseas agents.
• Prepare and send documentation including bills of lading.
