Role: Key Account Coordinator

Location: Peterborough

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join the team and play a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and driving operational excellence.

The Role

You'll be the key point of contact for major clients, ensuring their journey from order to delivery runs smoothly while identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Overseeing the full order process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Configuring customer accounts within internal systems for optimal efficiency.
  • Handling client claims with speed and professionalism.
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and product conditions on arrival.
  • Tracking and analysing KPIs related to service and operational performance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Offering guidance and tailored support to customers using the company's products.
  • Collaborating with Area Sales Managers to proactively address account needs.
  • Managing compensation and refund processes with a customer-first approach.
  • Continually improving internal procedures around client feedback and issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar account management or sales support role.
  • Fluency in English (native or C2 level) - Speaking Spanish would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of logistics, marketing, or purchasing processes.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role.
