Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 5pm)

Working style: Hybrid with flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

Location: NG2 Business Park, Nottingham (must live within commutable distance)

Timberland is seeking an exceptional fluent Italian-speaking Account Coordinator to join our Wholesale Customer Service team based in Nottingham, UK.

Role Overview

As an Account Coordinator, you will be the primary contact for our wholesale accounts, managing the account lifecycle from order entry to delivery, and supporting operational activities within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage wholesale accounts across multiple European markets.
  • Communicate effectively with retailers, distributors, and sales teams in their native language via phone and email.
  • Build strong relationships with warehouse, planning, sales, and credit teams to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure timely order processing and shipment, highlighting risks or opportunities.
  • Interpret daily reports to support business operations.

  • Native or fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and report generation.
