Monarch Education are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a part-time role in Kenilworth. The position runs Monday to Wednesday with immediate start and ongoing until at least Christmas 2026, with potential extension.

The nursery offers a nurturing EYFS-focused environment, supportive leadership, and opportunities to contribute to children's early development. A full Level 3 childcare qualification and nursery experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating, nurturing environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Encourage social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities with the nursery team.
• Support personal care needs where required.
• Observe, monitor and record children's progress.
• Maintain high safeguarding and wellbeing standards.
