Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Nurse for a Filton, Bristol nursery. The role offers 3-4 days per week with 08:00-18:00 shifts starting September 2026, continuing thereafter.

You will support children aged 0-5, deliver EYFS-based activities, and work within a vibrant team to provide high-quality early years education. The successful candidate will hold a recognised Level 3 EY qualification, have nursery experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Passionate about supporting child development and wellbeing.
• Positive, proactive and enthusiastic about Early Years education.
• Able to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for children aged 0-5.
• Support learning and development in line with EYFS.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities fostering creativity and independence.
• Observe and record progress through regular assessments.
• Collaborate with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care.
