Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are partnering with a welcoming nursery in Warwick to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This permanent, full-time role is in an Early Years setting for children aged 0–5, based in Warwickshire.

You will deliver high-quality care under EYFS, act as Key Person, and work with a supportive team. Level 3 EY qualification and safeguarding knowledge required; DBS Update Service preferred. Competitive hourly rate £13.00–£13.50 and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – essential.
• Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach.
• Enhanced DBS via Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
• Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress.
• Observe, assess, and record children's development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team.
• Act as a Key Person, ensuring children's individual needs are met.
