Qualifications

• Interest in systems, data and technology demonstrated through study or projects.
• Comfort with software, databases and cloud-based tools; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system operations and flag issues before they impact customers.
• Assist senior colleagues in analyzing performance of software, apps and infra.
• Support mapping of customer recruitment processes and tech intersections.
• Document integrations between customer systems with guidance from the team.
• Participate in system audits and gather user requirements.
• Provide first-line technical support to end-users and escalate as needed.
• Help write and maintain user guides and documentation.
• Support customer training sessions and grow into delivering own sessions.
• Relate customer needs to internal development; assist deployments and projects.
• Track support trends and prepare simple reports on volumes and feedback.
