Net Natives Inc. is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Junior Systems Analyst to join our Conversion Solutions team. This entry-level position supports higher education clients with their technology stack and integrations while learning from experienced colleagues.

You will monitor systems, assist in performance analysis, map recruitment processes to technology, and contribute to documentation and user guides as your skills grow.

Qualifications

• A degree, relevant qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in systems, data and technology demonstrated through study, projects or volunteering.
• Comfort using software applications and cloud-based tools; able to learn new systems quickly.
• Analytical mind with ability to spot patterns and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system operations and flag issues before they affect customers.
• Assist in analysing performance of software, applications and infrastructure.
• Map higher education recruitment processes and how they intersect with technology.
• Document integrations between customer systems with guidance from the team.
• Provide first-line technical support and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Contribute to system audits and gather user requirements.
