Job summary

Beyondly is seeking a Junior Systems Developer & IT Support to join our Systems team in Skipton. You will mix systems development with hands-on IT support, helping maximise the potential of our IT landscape and support colleagues across the business.

Working closely with the team, you’ll complete development and support tasks, improve web applications, and enable efficient day-to-day technology usage. This role requires a proactive mindset and a passion for a sustainable, purpose-driven business.

Qualifications

• Qualification in systems development, web development, IT or a related area, or working towards this.
• Experience providing practical IT support and setting up laptops, software and user accounts.
• Experience using or supporting Microsoft 365.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete development and IT support tickets, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and improve business systems, web applications and integrations.
• Contribute code and review pull requests in line with branching guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Be first point of contact for IT, software, Microsoft 365 and access issues.
