Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team seeks a highly experienced Creative Designer and Design Team Leader to head the in-house visual design team in Brackley. You will manage multi-disciplinary designers, mentor talent and deliver engaging branding, illustrations and digital output across print and digital formats.

Qualifications

• Background in graphic design, digital content, brand or another creative discipline.
• Experience within a creative agency, in-house studio or multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience across digital content and digital‑first creative delivery.
• Exposure to events, experiential design, hospitality, interiors or physical environments.
• Experience managing external creative agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Deliver graphic designs and creative output for internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Partners, Commercial, Internal Departments).
• Work with Head of Design to ensure brand and design direction translates into output.
• End-to-end management of the in-house creative visual design team.
• Mentor team members and develop capability; provide hands-on creative and art direction.
• Translate brand identity into graphic and digital design output.
• Manage briefs, deliver projects from concept to final artwork on time and to standard.
• Ensure designs align with Mercedes-Benz Brand, Team Brand Identity and Partnership Guidelines.
• Contribute creativity and innovation; deliver graphics, illustrations, digital material, presentations, signage and print.
