Job summary

The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team seeks an experienced Creative Designer and Design Team Leader in Brackley to lead our in-house creative visual design team. You will guide branding, digital and print outputs while mentoring designers and ensuring alignment with the Mercedes-Benz brand identity.

As a senior creative leader, you will translate strategic design direction into engaging graphics, digital content and signage, coordinating with partners and stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Background in graphic design, digital content, brand or another relevant creative discipline.
• Experience within a creative agency, in-house studio or multidisciplinary creative environment.
• Experience across digital content and digital-first creative delivery.
• Exposure to events, experiential design, hospitality, interiors or physical environments.
• Experience managing external creative agencies, suppliers and production partners.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-house creative visual design team.
• Mentor team members and develop capability of the design group.
• Translate brand identity into graphic and digital design output.
• Oversee briefs from stakeholders and deliver projects from concept to final artwork.
• Ensure outputs align with Mercedes-Benz Brand, Team Brand Identity and guidelines.
• Manage production and ordering processes to deliver on time and budget.
• Coordinate with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies.
