Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley, UK invites applications for a Graduate Project Manager to join the Site Development and Projects team. You will support delivery from concept to completion across campus redevelopment, embedding into the Estates department and ensuring smooth handover to business operations.

You will engage with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, administration, reporting and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A degree (2:1) in construction or built environment is required.
• Able to work proactively with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all team levels and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with project planning, programming, and procurement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors.
• Assist with budget planning, timelines and risk management.
• Support project administration including document control and reporting.
