Job Title: Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, leading and inspiring your team.

Responsibilities:

• Support and develop your team, maintaining high standards
• Manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and ensure proper coverage
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards
• Understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Recognize and celebrate team successes

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about team support and high standards
• Experience managing kitchen operations and coaching team members
• Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and financial management in a kitchen setting
• Motivated to foster a positive team environment
