The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader who is passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should have excellent food knowledge and standards, and the ability to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and helping others to excel while maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members
• Understanding food safety, health, and safety standards, as well as financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs
