The role |

As a junior sous chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members alike. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using this knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting your team and helping others achieve their best while maintaining high standards
• is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and work closely with the team, coaching on the go
• understands food safety, health and safety standards, and has knowledge of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• loves celebrating success with your team, recognizing individual drives and needs
