Loungers is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Carnero Lounge. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help the team deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish leaves the kitchen to spec. The role offers progression toward senior kitchen duties, with opportunities across England and Wales.

Formación

• Experience working with fresh ingredients.
• Strong kitchen skills (hot and cold prep).
• Good hygiene practices and food safety knowledge.
• Ability to follow allergen processes and keep kitchen compliant.
• Reliable, on-time team player who contributes to shifts.
• Willingness to grow into a senior kitchen role.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, prep, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
