Job summary

Cosy Club Plymouth is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will cook and prepare from fresh for high-volume service, lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, and help maintain a strong FOH & BOH relationship. The role offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

Qualifications

As one of our Junior Sous Chefs, you could get on target earnings of circa £17.50 per hour

• Hourly rate of up to £13.90 per hour depending on experience
• Estimated tronc of £3.00 - £4.50 per hour

You must have experience in cooking and preparing from fresh in high volumes, and be very organised. Ideally, you will have a mixed branded and independent background. You must be able to motivate and lead a kitchen brigade in the Head Chefs absence.You will be able to communicate with all other team members up and down the ladder and cement a strong FOH & BOH relationship.
