The Crown Tavern is a pub located in Lee, SE12, with spacious dining and pub areas, a large beer garden, and a recent refurbishment. We aim to be the best pub in the community, offering great service, a wide drinks range, and traditional British dishes made from seasonal ingredients. We cater to various events, including live sports, weddings, celebrations, and our traditional pie & mash. Join us to be part of a vibrant team and community hub.

  • Champion excellent service through quality food
  • Lead and develop a team
  • Be a hands-on Chef with strong communication skills
  • Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
  • Assist in designing and delivering new dishes and specials
  • Maintain effective controls over GP and labour through good planning and organization
  • Drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front of house teams
