We seek an experienced Junior Sous Chef or CDP aspiring to progress, with leadership qualities and a passion for quality, fresh food in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will:

• Champion excellent service through quality food
• Lead and develop a team
• Be a hands-on Chef with strong communication skills
• Manage kitchen staff rota, training, and health & safety effectively
• Assist in designing and delivering new dishes and specials
• Maintain effective controls over GP and labour through good planning and organization
• Drive sales and growth by engaging with kitchen and front of house teams
