Set within a Grade II-listed townhouse, the original Soho House at 40 Greek Street is where our story began in 1995. Almost three decades on, the club remains a round-the-clock member destination in the heart of Soho. 40 Greek Street retains many of its original features and includes outdoor spaces which can be found on the first and third floor, in addition to a rooftop terrace. There are three dining spaces, serving an all-day club menu from the house kitchen.
The Role…
As the Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests.
