Are curious about food, eager to try new combinations and flavors.

Assist in preparing dishes in a timely manner and according to standards.

Ensure mise-en-place is available as required.

Maintain excellent food hygiene practices from storage to preparation and service.

Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
