BASE C.I.C. seeks a driven Junior Sous Chef to join the opening team for an exciting new restaurant near Battersea Power Station. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure outstanding British seasonal dishes and smooth service, while helping to cultivate a professional, supportive kitchen culture.

You’ll gain increasing responsibility and a pathway toward a future Sous Chef role as you grow with the team and the business.

Formación

• Has experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Sous-ready Chef de Partie.
• Excels at mentoring and supporting junior chefs.
• Excellent organisational skills and is comfortable with kitchen administration.
• Remains calm under pressure and leads with confidence and positivity.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the daily operation of the kitchen.
• Leading service and maintaining exceptional standards across all sections.
• Helping with kitchen administration, including ordering, stock control, HACCP records and daily paperwork.
• Ensuring consistency, organisation and attention to detail throughout every aspect of service.
