Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join our Belfast kitchen team. You will prepare, cook, and present dishes, supporting the head chef and training junior staff while upholding high food-hygiene standards.

You will monitor portions and waste to protect margins and ensure guest satisfaction in line with our brand standards. Opportunities for growth and flexible working are available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cooking skills with deep understanding of ingredients, flavors and techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate tasks effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, hygienic kitchen and strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty.
• Train demi-chef de parties or commis and support sous/ head chef in menu development.
• Monitor portions and waste to maintain profit margins and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
