Job summary

Ramada by Wyndham Belfast is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen in the Cathedral Quarter. You will be the right-hand to the Head Chef, driving daily operations, prep, cooking and service with creativity and precision.

You will lead and mentor the kitchen team, contribute to menu development, manage stock and hygiene standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes for guests in Belfast.

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, sharing culinary expertise and mentoring junior chefs.
• Play a key role in menu development, experimenting with new flavours and seasonal ingredients.
• Monitor inventory, oversee ordering, and manage stock levels for flawless service.
