The Haycutter in Oxsted is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join Brunning and Price. You will work closely with the Head Chef to run the kitchen, develop exciting dishes, and drive food culture while delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Experience in hospitality at junior sous or kitchen manager level is essential, with a positive attitude and a passion for high-quality food. Basic up to £32,000 plus tronc and benefits are offered.

• Willingness to lead the kitchen and drive the food culture.
