Job summary

The Haycutter, a Brunning & Price pub set in Surrey countryside, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for your section and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes while working closely with the Head Chef.

We’re passionate about developing our chefs with training and progression opportunities across the Brunning & Price estate, plus weekly pay, meals on shift, staff discounts, pension and cycle-to-work schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef or similar role.
• Passionate about fresh food and high standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills.

Responsibilities

• Work across all kitchen areas under the Head Chef.
• Maintain high-quality dish standards and consistency.
• Collaborate with sous chefs and wider kitchen team to deliver meals.
