Rudding Park is seeking a junior sous chef to join its dynamic kitchen team. You will receive full training across all kitchen areas and have the chance to work across multiple outlets within the resort.

You will lead a section, assist during service, and manage junior staff to ensure top-quality dishes and strict health and safety standards. You will work with a motivated team, use our computer systems for rotations and orders, and contribute to achieving wage and food cost targets while

Qualifications

• Ability to work across multiple kitchen stations and run a section.
• Strong team leadership to motivate junior chefs.
• Understanding of health and safety and COSHH protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes using fresh, local produce.
• Run a kitchen section and assist during service in absence of seniors.
• Use kitchen computer systems for rotation, ordering, and safety compliance.
