Loungers is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Torino Lounge, part of our Casual Dining Group. Earn up to £13.30/hr plus tips, with paid breaks and staff meals from day one. This flexible, hourly role suits someone aiming to grow into a senior kitchen position across our England & Wales sites.

You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintain high standards, and help develop the team while ensuring every dish leaving the pass is of which you can be proud.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen with fresh ingredients.
• Strong kitchen skills including prep, knife work and hygiene.
• Knowledge of allergens and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure dishes go out to spec.
• Help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, maintain prep and cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
