Loungers plc is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for Deco Lounge to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help maintain high food standards, and develop through our training pathway.

Qualifications

Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills
Able to lead by example and support others

Responsibilities

Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is done for each day
Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards
Own your section, manage prep, par levels, cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Follow allergen processes and ensure kitchen compliance
Support and mentor newer chefs to develop their skills
Know dish specs inside out and ensure every plate is to spec
