Loungers is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Sentado Lounge, a Café Bar. Earn up to £13.30/hr plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one. The role supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef across shifts and helps the team deliver quality dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills.
• Able to demonstrate knife skills and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Currently a Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie seeking the next step in your career.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Ensure prep is done for each day and every dish goes out to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, manage prep, par, hygiene and safety.
• Follow allergen processes and keep the kitchen compliant.
• Help newer chefs develop their skills and confidence.
