Loungers plc is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Carro Lounge, a busy kitchen in a local café bar. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping the team deliver great shifts and ensuring each dish leaves the pass to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and high kitchen standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and support senior chefs.

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to prep and deliver dishes to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Assist and mentor junior chefs to build skills and confidence.
