Loungers’ Ludo Lounge in the United Kingdom is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensure prep is ready and every dish leaves the pass to spec.

We offer up to £13.30/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals on every shift and 50% off food and drinks from day one. The role suits a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef, or line chef looking to take the next step.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen or hospitality environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and plate to spec.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality shifts.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and uphold food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, par and hygiene.
• Follow allergen processes and keep kitchen safe.
