Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills.
• Reliable team player with punctuality and commitment.
• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments is desirable.
• Solid hygiene practices and food safety awareness.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts; ensure prep is done for each day and dishes go out to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section; manage prep, par, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Follow allergen processes to ensure kitchen safety and compliance.
• Support and mentor newer chefs to develop skills and confidence.
• Ensure every plate leaves the kitchen to the recipe and standard.
