Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen and delivering dishes to specification.
• Strong teamwork and leadership readiness.
• Good knife skills and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high standards.
• Own your section including prep, par, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow allergen processes and keep kitchen compliant and safe.
• Help wider kitchen team develop skills and confidence.
• Know dish specs inside out and ensure every plate meets standard.
